In my 40 years in the
automobile restoration business I have worked on and driven everything from Bugatti to Bentley or Ferrari to Ford
,Porsche to Packard, etc,etc.I always come back to my core make Mercedes Benz.I specialize in Mercedes because I believe
they are one of the best engineered and built cars in the world.When I work on other marks I am always trying to
incorporate Mercedes technology into the repairs.It is therefore that I now work only on Mercedes.I believe that to have the
project come out at its best you need to specialize. Mercedes, as many marks has its own idiosyncrasies. This is especially
true when restoring a basket case or a previously restored car where those design & manufacturing details have been lost.
When restoring Mercedes to a high degree of fit, finish, and performance the restorer needs to know the mark and have past
experiance(40 years) to rely on.
